Return & Refund Policy

At Ruswiftkick, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be honored after your order has entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number
  2. Securely package the item in its original packaging
  3. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  4. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to our return address (provided upon authorization)

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Refunds will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again (some banks require additional processing time)
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment processor
  3. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team for further assistance
